誰かと対話しているところを想像してください。
二人とも、何かについてどう感じているかを説明しようとし、物事をどう見ているかを説明しようとし、自分が何者であるかを表現しようとしています。

Imagine a conversation you might have with someone.
You are both trying to explain how you feel about something; trying to explain how you see things; to express who you are.
By the questioning and expressing, this begins to become a ‘conversation‘ with your self.
Inquiry is a tool to spark an existential clarity – to encounter your ‘Real’
The practice of self-inquiry, or life inquiry, typically involves a process of words. After all that’s how we express and communicate who we are.
We look at things and interpret them by association using words. We look for significance or meaning through ideas.
Is there a way to ‘look in’ without words or thoughts?
When we draw or paint the mental process is not so insistent and the view of ‘what’s happening’ is different.
Imagine sharing your creative painting with others in a new way.
Not painting is a way to ‘inquire’ using drawing or painting, a way to trust what is revealed and embrace the process that we are.
